After receiving your basic fitness details, our coach conducts a one-on-one discussion to understand your goals and current level of fitness. Based on your profile and lifestyle, we create a personalized, effective training plan. If you're recovering from an injury, we begin with a rehab-focused approach before moving into full training. We follow a weekly training schedule approach instead of sharing the entire plan at once. This keeps you more focused and allows us to tailor the plan progressively,  adapting each week based on your feedback and performance, ensuring a more effective and personalized training experience.

Yes, absolutely! Many of our trainees started with little to no running experience and have progressed to completing distances like a half marathon within a year. Your current fitness level is taken into account, and we provide structured guidance, gradual progressions, and ongoing support to help you build a strong foundation and enjoy the journey.

Achieving your PB depends on your commitment, consistency, and approach to the training plan. That said, the majority of our trainees from 1 mile to Full Marathon distances - have improved significantly and hit new personal bests. More importantly, you'll become stronger, fitter, and healthier throughout the journey with us.

We offer a minimum training duration of 3 months (one quarter) to ensure there's enough time for both you and the coach to understand the process and see meaningful progress. Longer options of 6 months and 1 year are also available. Youโ€™re welcome to join a session for a trial before committing - no payment required upfront.

No problem at all. Our training is flexible and lifestyle-focused, designed around your goals, preferences, and feedback. Even if you're not aiming for a race, weโ€™ll help you build consistency, fitness, and strength at your own pace, with no pressure to participate in events.

We track your progress primarily through our dedicated Strava group, where our coach monitors your workouts and provides personalized feedback. If you use another fitness app, you can also share your activity directly for one-on-one review. Additionally, we stay connected through a WhatsApp group to keep the motivation high and celebrate each other's journey.

Our training programs are fully online-friendly and can be followed from anywhere in the world. Our coach stays connected with you via WhatsApp or calls to address queries and provide regular feedback. If you're based in Vadodara, you're always welcome to join our in-person team sessions and be part of our inspiring community! Most importantly, our training plans are crafted by human, not AI.
Each plan is personalized based on your current fitness level and adjusted weekly according to your feedback and progress, ensuring it stays effective, relevant, and sustainable for you.
