
From 0 to 10 km (101 kg to 91 kg): A 9-Month Journey of Transformation of Krunal.
Nine months ago, I embarked on a journey that completely changed my life. At 101kg, I knew I needed a change, not just for appearance, but for my health and confidence. With the guidance of my coach Pragnesh Patel, at @runride2fit, I committed to a structured routine of training, running, cycling, recovery, nutrition and strength workouts.
The Road to Glory : Massive Half Marathon PB (1:51) in just 3 months from 2:08 (previous PB)
Rabindra Sahu was a good runner & has been running since few years. but, off late, he was stuck in terms of performance & improvement in his running. So, about 3 months back, he approached us for the personalized training plan for Half Marathon @ Adani & FM @ TMM. In the first few weeks, his approach towards the running has been changed with disciplined training. Although the early runs were tough, he pushed through, learning the importance of recovery, hydration, and proper nutrition.
After introduced to some specific workouts, he steadily improving his pace. His confidence soared as his times dropped, and he began to enjoy the process, not just the goal. On race day, Rabindra’s months of training paid off. Crossing the finish line in 1:51 , well under his SUB 2-hour goal, he felt immense pride. The half marathon wasn’t the end—it was the start of a new passion.

🏆 Transformation Journey of Gaurav Agarwal in 9 Months of Training
When Gaurav joined us around 9 months ago, he was already in good shape—but something was missing. Despite putting in the effort, the results he was looking for weren’t showing up. That’s when we decided to change the approach. We built a specific training structure around his needs, focusing on VO₂ max workouts, tempo work & some easy long-distance runs, and a plan that respected both his strengths and goals.
The target was the The Ladakh Marathon—known as one of the world’s toughest and most challenging full marathons due to its high altitude and brutal course. With consistency, commitment, and the right training blocks, Gaurav not only completed the race successfully but also earned a Personal Best in 5:38 with those extreme conditions.

🌟 A Journey of Resilience: From Self-Doubt to Podium Finishes! 🏃♀️
Just a year ago, Nimrit was low on confidence, inconsistent with training, and recovering from a minor injury. But she didn’t give up. We took a smart and patient approach, focusing on low mileage in the initial phase to allow better recovery from workouts and avoid overloading the body. This helped her build a solid foundation, improve strength, and gradually rebuild her endurance and speed—step by step.
Staying disciplined with short, purposeful sessions in the beginning proved crucial. It kept the momentum going and allowed for faster recovery, leading to greater gains in strength and confidence before moving on to longer distances. She has been a dedicated trainee and a great listener, always sticking to the strength work and guidance given, in line with her current fitness level.

What a life-changing journey these past 10 months have been! It’s incredible to reflect on the progress, the challenges overcome, and the milestones achieved. Here’s how it all unfolded:
➡️ The Start: At 86 kg in early 2024, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to improve my health, running performance, and overall lifestyle. That’s when I connected with my coach, Pragnesh Patel, who designed a personalized, effective running training plan that changed everything.

10 mile in 1:20 hr @ 5:00 min/k at Solefest
Half Marathon in 1:44 hr @ 4:59 min/k at Vadodara Marathon

🏃 Transformation Journey of Alpesh Patel in 6 Months of Structured Training 🏃
