Most of our trainees surpass their personal records some in a short span, others over time, but nearly all get there. This success comes from our proven training approach, which balances optimal training loads with a strong emphasis on recovery to deliver maximum results. A personal best isn’t the ultimate benchmark of fitness, but it fuels motivation, consistency, and discipline in your training journey.
With over a decade of running experience since 2015, my journey has evolved from simply chasing distances to mastering structured and purposeful training. Early on, I realized that passion alone wasn’t enough; progress demanded strategy, discipline, and smart training. So, I stepped back from long races, focused on short-distance speed and strength, and built a solid foundation that transformed my performance from the mile to the marathon.
Certified with Pre-Level 1 National Athletics Coach (A Grade) from the Athletics Federation of India (AFI) — affiliated with World Athletics and the Indian Olympic Association, I bring evidence-based methods and global standards to every training plan.
For me, coaching is not just about running faster; it’s about helping athletes grow stronger, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey. With 15+ podium finishes across categories and years of experience guiding runners, my goal is to help every athlete reach their best with confidence, clarity, and joy.
